This four way medal is made of polished and antiqued sterling silver and dangles from a 18in sterling silver chain. Dimensions: 19mm x 17.75mm. This item is the size of a penny. 18-inch sterling silver curb chain with spring ring clasp. Weighs 1.9 grams. Please note: weight is approximate, actual weight may vary. Also known as a cruciform, it is actually four medals in one: The Sacred Heart at the top; St. Christopher on the right; Miraculous at the bottom; and St. Joseph on the left. The words “I am a Catholic, please call a priest” are inscribed on the back to indicate to a first responder the wearer’s desire for the last sacraments.
