The 18 gauge threadless barbell shaft is made from high polish implant grade titanium (ASTM F136 6AI-4V ELI) by NeoMetal Body Jewelry. The 2.5mm diameter ball end is fixed and cannot be removed from the barbell. The other end is not included and must be purchased separately! All NeoMetal parts are hand polished to a mirror finish. Choose your barbell length below.

You’ll receive one barbell. NeoMetal ends are sold separately. These might not be compatible with threadless parts from a different maker.
