This four way medal is made of polished and antiqued sterling silver and dangles from a 24in chain. Dimensions: 25x24mm. This item is the size of a quarter. 24-inch sterling silver continuous curb chain, no clasp. Also known as a cruciform, it is actually four medals in one: The Sacred Heart at the top; St. Christopher on the right; Miraculous at the bottom; and St. Joseph on the left. The words “I am a Catholic, please call a priest” are inscribed on the back to indicate to a first responder the wearer’s desire for the last sacraments. Weighs 9.41 grams.
